The Loma Linda Ronald McDonald House is growing! We are expanding from 21 on-site rooms to 54, and renovating the current House kitchen, dining room, living room, and add more common spaces for our families. Once the expansion is complete, the Loma Linda Ronald McDonald House will be able to provide care for 54 families in need every night, and serve approximately 7,500 individuals every year!
PARDON OUR DUST!!
The Loma Linda Ronald McDonald House is expanding! After nearly a decade of operating beyond our capacity, we have started construction on two new wings for the House increasing our space from 21 on-site rooms to 54!
For the last several years, the Loma Linda Ronald McDonald House has provided discounted hotel rooms for families in need when there was no room at the House. The generosity of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians and many other donors to the hotel program enabled us to help hundreds more families per year, even after we reached capacity!
Now, our careful planning and hard work are being realized in the expansion and renovation of the House. Besides adding another 33 rooms for families, most of the current house will be remodeled to create a larger kitchen, dining room, and new common and play areas. Once open, the House will be able to serve nearly 7,500 individuals every year!
Keep coming back to the site to hear more details about the expansion, to see how much we’ve raised in our campaign, and to see photos of construction progress!
