Family Support Services provides resources and support for all families staying at the Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House.
Every family is matched up with a Family Support Specialist upon check-in at the House. Our team of Specialists are on-call for families around the clock for emotional support, but also provide a robust calendar of supportive activities at the House, including daily Fun Clubs and monthly special events during which time our specialists are always available.
Family Support Specialists are interns, graduate students and post-doctoral fellows at the California School of Professional Psychology at Los Angeles Alliant International University. Dr. Susan Regas, Distinguished Professor & Chair, Family/child and Couple Clinical Psychology at Alliant University supervises the program.
