Nine members of the Orange County Ronald McDonald Board of trustees attended this years All Chapter Board Retreat.
In addition to fun and fellowship, board members learned about and were asked to share best practices taking place in each of the programs in the Southern California Chapter. Topics discussed at this year’s gathering include: Managing Growth, Strengthening Hospital Partnerships, Branding, Funding the Mission. Members found the retreat informative and inspirational.
