What a morning of inspiration and education! We are so honored to have Fred and Fran Hill as co-chair our Walk for Kids this year.
For those who aren't familiar with the Hills, their daughter is the inspiration behind our charity. Read more about them here. Also in attendance were the Captains from last year's top Community Team - Peace & Love for Ronald's kids. They shared how they managed to raise over $7,000 from friends and family and how they have made their fundraising efforts a year round affair. Our Ambassador family shared their story and their reasons on why they Walk. They are so committed to raising awareness and funds for our House.
A big THANK YOU to everyone who came out to our Annual Walk for Kids kick off breakfast. I guess you can say we are officially in Walk mode now.
