
McDonald’s Southern California Region was proud to announce that Bob Nibeel will be recognized with the Golden Arch Award
The Golden Arch Award is the highest recognition for a McDonald’s owner/operator, recognizing a lifetime of contributions focused on customer service, outstanding operations, as well as significant community involvement, exceptional achievements in all aspects of the business, and contributions to brand trust.
McDonald’s Southern California Region announced that Bob Nibeel will be recognized with the award at April’s McDonald’s Worldwide Convention.
During his more than 45 years with McDonald’s, Bob has become known and admired for his pioneering spirit, risk taking for the betterment of McDonald’s operations, and unwavering commitment to people. He has been recognized with numerous owner/operator awards, including the Ronald Award (2014), Streetfighter Award (2013 & 2015) and multiple Outstanding Restaurant and other regional awards.
Bob’s positivity and leadership keep the arches shining bright in Orange County. He continuously outperforms regional and national targets through quality execution and an intense focus on the customer.
With Bob’s dedication to people development, he has also developed more than 80 Outstanding Restaurant Manager recipients. In his community, Bob is an avid supporter of Orange County Ronald McDonald House, community organizations and his local schools.
