An evening of gratitude for our major donors

Who knew a parking lot could look so good? Just add a tent, chandeliers and flowers and the Orange County Ronald McDonald House created a beautiful ballroom to welcome our major donors for an evening of gratitude.

We were blessed to have over 100 friends of the House join us, so that we could say thanks for their continued support. “It’s you who help us continue our mission to provide comfort, care and support our families,” expressed Executive Director Noel Burcelis.

The evening’s highlight included a thank from a guest family holding their baby boy who has been with us since December 2016. “Each and every one of you has made it possible for us to be here for our son. We weren’t sure if he was going to make it having been born at 26 weeks and only weighing 2 lbs. Your donations, time and love have gotten us through this challenging time. We’re both happy and sad to say we’re going home tomorrow. We’ve been welcomed with open arms and the Ronald McDonald House will forever be in our hearts.”

Thank you to ALL of you who give of your time, treasure and talent to make sure we’re keeping families close.
